📦 Eligibility for Refund
You may request a refund if:
✅ Product is damaged during transit
✅ Product received is defective
✅ Wrong item delivered
✅ Package is tampered, leaking, or opened upon delivery
⏳ Reporting Time
- Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging are required as proof
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued if:
🚫 Product has been opened or used
🚫 Damage caused due to improper storage
🚫 Request made after 48 hours of delivery
🚫 Change of mind or personal taste preference
🚫 Incorrect address provided by customer
🔁 Replacement Option
In eligible cases, we may offer a replacement product instead of a refund, depending on stock availability.
💳 Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, bank details may be required
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
🚫 Order Cancellation & Refund
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
